Experienced Care That Empowers Kids to Thrive

Our Expertise
At Move U, we believe every child is bursting with potential—and we’re here to help unlock it. Through playful, connection-based therapy, our team of pediatric experts empower kids and families to thrive in everyday life.
We offer Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy in Sioux Falls—all rooted in a sensory-based, DIRFloortime® approach. That means sessions are never one-size-fits-all. They’re child-led, joy-filled, and uniquely designed to support your child’s development across motor skills, communication, emotional regulation, and sensory processing.
Whether it’s your first session or your fifteenth, you’ll see the difference. You’ll learn more about your child. You’ll feel more connected. And you’ll leave knowing you have a team in your corner who truly cares.
So if you’re looking for pediatric therapy in Sioux Falls, our licensed occupational, speech, and physical therapists can help children build the strength, coordination, communication, and regulation skills they need to thrive in everyday life. Whether it’s taking first steps, saying first words, or mastering daily tasks, our sessions are playful, engaging, and tailored to each child’s unique pace and needs—so therapy feels more like fun than work.

Success Stories
Testimonials
Thank you for the patience and understanding you’ve shown my son. The words of encouragement and care were/are so very appreciated! Without your help he definitely would not be where he is today. Thank you for all that you did for him and making his experience at Move U such a positive one.” I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Bridget
Our son has thoroughly enjoyed working with Move U! Kylee is fun, encouraging and creative. Our son doesn’t always want to do what Kylee wants him to but she comes up with great ideas to get him working. We highly recommend Move U!

Aarron & Jessica
I brought my 15 month old son to MoveU when he was falling farther and farther behind his peers in gross motor skills and had trouble tolerating everyday experiences, like changing his diaper. The folks at MoveU “figured him out” immediately, recognizing his intense sensitivity to being off-balance and helping him to better tolerate this sensation by making off-balance play fun and engaging. It felt like a miracle to watch him blossom at MoveU each week. My previously not-walking toddler is now running and playing with peers. We are so much less stressed at home, because we know our little guy is meeting milestones and having fun while doing it. We are forever grateful for the MoveU staff and would recommend them to all of our family and friends.

Our Treatment Space
A place where play meets purpose.
At Move U, we’ve created a vibrant, sensory-rich space designed to spark curiosity, excitement, and growth. From the moment your child walks in, they’re greeted with bold colors, joyful energy, and engaging activities that feel more like play than therapy.
We intentionally moved away from the traditional “clinic” feel to create an environment where kids feel safe, supported, and ready to explore. Our space helps break down barriers and opens the door for connection, learning, and development.
This is a space your child won’t outgrow—designed to meet them where they are and grow with them. Every corner is built with purpose, and our therapists are equipped with the tools and creativity to make every moment count.
